• Diagnosis or inspection fees may apply if work is cancelled after inspection has started.
• Advance payments for ordered parts are refundable only to the extent the supplier refunds us, less any non-recoverable costs disclosed at the time of order.
• Completed labour already performed as agreed on the job card or invoice is not refundable.
• Software licence fees paid to third-party publishers are governed by those publishers’ own policies.
